Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
     

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products, downloadable content, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Items purchased through affiliate links (third-party sellers) are not handled by us. Please contact the original seller for their return policy.
     

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at chardale5@protonmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at chardale5@protonmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund.
