"When speaking about the person of God, we must be careful not to allow our finite minds to separate the attributes of God in such a way as to make one attribute 'less than' another. All the attributes of God are perfectly balanced and exercised perfectly in all that God does. There is no diminishing of one attribute over against another.
God is infinitely Holy, infinitely just, infinitely merciful, infinitely full of grace and infinitely wise. We can say so much more about each of the attributes of God. However, I think it prudent for now, to continue forward to the next attribute we need to consider.
The next attribute we need to consider is 'power'. We often say that God is all-powerful, and then live as if God is not involved in the affairs of men at all. We attribute to God supreme power or all-power, and yet do not really believe that God can solve even the most minor of difficulties in our lives."
